Use Templates to model common distribution patterns
Our pre-built templates make it easy to quickly enter the following disposition patterns:
Pour-over wills
Distributing assets to a survivor spouse, outright or in trust
A/B Trust structures
Including variations for funding community property survivor trusts, and state-level exemption trusts
Custom ("no preset") to define your own templates
Once a template has been created, it can be added to multiple entities, so changes to the template will automatically update the dispositions for all linked trusts.
